    Mr. Ugyen Chewang born on 13 12 1969 in Monggar Bhutan and lives in Monggar – Goensar village. He obtained Bachelor Degree in Civil engineering 1994, Regional Engineering College, University of and Masters in Engineering 1997, Institute of Irrigation and Development Studies, University of Southampton, United Kingdom. 

    Mr. Chewang started his professional on 1994 in engineering field in different capacities, on 2011 joined National Housing Development Corporation Limited as Chief Executive Officer/Managing Director and serves Election Commission of Bhutan as Commissioner. Mr. Chewang is having Communicative Competence in English, Bhutanese, Nepali and Hindi languages.
